Course Outline

This course will provide your staff with an understanding of the Government’s requirements for Probity when dealing with external suppliers. A good understanding of Government Probity requirements and how best to provide these will help position your organisation as a low-risk provider and demonstrate to the Government that you understand and respect the need for operating in a probity rich environment.

A register of students completing this course which can be used in submissions to Government for proof of completion.

  • What are Conflicts of Interest and how should they be managed

This course is designed for supplier staff who

  • Work on Government engagements both directly and indirectly
  • Develop and manage supplier business environments

Duration and Delivery Method

This course is delivered in a classroom environment or remotely (Zoom, Teams etc). A class room environment is preferred as it provides the opportunity for engagement with the instructor and working through examples and questions.

The instructor is a highly experienced Probity Advisor.
